I spent almost an hour digging into their individual posts and after seeing all these i started feeling little bit worried about the safety of my personal or financial info which i have shared with my broker. I am not sure what security measures my broker has deployed to protect their clients data. Although every broker reassures that they have adequate security measures in place to protect client funds & data but then we come across with these sort of hacks.
I just would like to know from you guys, how do you guys consider whether you are providing your personal & financial data in a safe hand and what are the remedies available in case our financial information are leaked due to any hack incidents like this (i.e. can we file a law suit on broker in case it fails to protect our data from falling in the hands of hackers)?
