USD Building Permits 1.23M 1.27M 1.27M Buy Limit 1233.5 hasn't executed. Not sure will fill or not.

I 1237.5 terms of top-level market is bullish.
H1 is very important resistance at 1239.
The Target is 1242.
And the top 1242 in h4 ichimoku can reach up to 1250.
Only==>Below@1233==>Down(M30)
