I had a short @ 1259 and i wanted to look at 1241 closed it @ 1254 god give me some patience

Use Trailing stops. Or correct your SL every dollar it goes your way, so it ends in profit anyways.

No problem my friend we current have a scalp buy at 1246.xx against 1243.xx risk

Bulls want back the Short Term flip for targeting 1263.xx and Bears have money on the table at 1231.xx

Just noting it i am not scalping at the moment. The scalp is already up +2 thou and counting.

Thanks for update! Quite a clear direction to be capture. Seems like sir have a very deep understanding on price action d. Is it a risky trade if I would put a sell trade towards 1246 for its retracement after FOMC in short term in my point of view.

The best place to set up the Bears thinking triple top and LL and Wave count. Rather than just sticking to the trend.

The daily will roll over 1252.xx and the bears will be setting up again for Shorts oh my, blood on the street, rather than just trading PA and it direction.

Well not a triple top pattern, but gold has tried 3 time to break above the 200 daily MA. I have 1257 as the 61.8% retracement of the 1337 top last year (election night).

Im thinking FOMC sent gold up, now maybe a leg down, at least on H1.

Hi Guys, i have been shorting gold since 1197 and averages this trade at 1204, 1231.1 and 1241.. any recommendations how to manage my trades? average more now, hedge or cut? would really appreciate feedback. Thanks!

Well you can look at a 4 hour chart and see that 1260 has held before. So if 1260 holds again, and you get a chance to get out with the minimum of loss, then great.

Not so great for your position if it breaks. Where's your stop?? (rhetorical)

Hope my message will reach u>>>stick to your shorts my friend ,gold is in a downtrend , worst case the 1260 will be broken but technically its not a biggy , the very important number this time is around 1268 , I started shorting @ 1242 , if u stick to your positions %95 the 1231 position will make money >>>>my stop 1273 for today...goodluck
