Should say, is the GMT time approximate - 3 PM GMT translates into 10 AM EST. The morning fix comes in at 12:30 AM where I live.

We count (1)1213.xx (2)1209.xx (3)1204.xx(4)1206.xx

This is a sign of less commitment by Bears to follow through will confirm this with tomorrow AM fix. However a day roll below 1204.xx can tell a lot before then.

a Fix with both AM and PM against 1209.xx above will Start a Short Term trend against risk of 1204.xx or the day low which currently sit at 1201.xx for today. I prefer the day low when Short Term flip is taking place

So risk identify is your first approach to trading. This is the first real buy set up for the pass 9 days which could save a lot of people and money rather than impulsing buying and indicators and chart images and theory and so on. Very simple don't complicate it.

Here we have an -4 then an -5 and an +2 ( from 1204 at 1206) yes last it is an + 2 is it an good sign for try an long with stop at today s low ? Or you wait confirm tomorrow at am fix for to go buy ?

Well first as beginner don't count it as -4 and then - 5 and then +2 That's for advance counting as you go along when you are on top of things.

Note* Count Am to Am and Pm to Pm. But you are correct with -4 and -5 and +2 as early sign for the Short Term Bulls set up against the day low. Yes tomorrow will confirm it or early sign can be seen in today daily roll.

Yes we are very much in down trend still with Mid Term and Short in control and a possible Long Term in Play. However too risky to play the trend continuation unless it's a Long Term which a week close will confirm below 1216.xx and at the moment a sign of Short Term flip is presenting itself for the bulls with a good risk ratio. I have been selling from 1257 to 1209 for the pass two weeks. I like % growth on my account weekly and monthly rather than quarterly for profit. Next week is the last Bank Settlement period of the quarterly plus Fed minutes on Wednesday. So we might have continuation which i will be prepare for to open 1187.xx and below. But for now i clear my shorts and will play the bulls Short Term flip once confirm. The market move with (1) scalp set, (2) short term, (3)mid term and (4) long term. As long as you know which one you play and the risk outline you will be ok. But knowing all of then when in play is important.

I'm breaking my head to understand.
Would you clarify how you arrived at 1216.xx as a target.
Also, no matter how I try, I can't get last Friday's 7 5 9 from the Daily Fix.

Very true but having a highsight to change is good as well to trend change. Say scalp trend is not valid and we play Short Term, Mid Term and Long Term. We are 2 verses 1 in this current situation If we are fully Bearish then i will not oppose are recommend to no one to do so. But if we lead to Short Term flip and Mid Term flip then we have fully bullish trend on our hands for 1325.xx and above, A risk i am satisfy taking for $2 against my risk at 1203.xx against 1201.xx.

I don't scalp and my idea of short term is an hour. Make that extremely short term. Not worth it. One medium to long move makes up for dozens of scalps. The more you trade the more chance for something to go wrong.

Newbies should do the same. But that is another thing they don't
