Gold could bounce on a combination of oversold near-term technicals and demand support between $1,215/20. A break below, $1,190 possible. If demand, look to trend to $1,240

There are quite a few levels to consider. On the hourly chart you have the 50 MA at 16.30, but also the 100 at 16.34 and a trendline currently at 16.48. On the 4H chart an important resistance is 16.38.. So this is a tricky area..It's tough to say.

Sometimes it works......sometimes...
