as i said. 1254 was a good resistance and can be the turning point . but if it breaks 1254 then 1265 is on the cards

i am not into any trade right now. higher it goes, better for the short entry. As per my analysis. no way its going to breach 1283, good short should be located anywhere between 1263-1275, however i need to analyse it properly. if you are long from that level stay in as 1260 is definititly in picture

Athough I do not trade Gold I use it to take positions, or hold on to my positions on AUDUSD, EURUSD, USDCHF. February bullish candle strongly closed abeve Bolliger Middle Band. This has given strong setup on those pairs - EURUSD( Long ), USDCHF( Short ), & AUDUSD(Long); EURUSD for now is trapped below resistance, but with Gold strong monthly setup, there is higher probability that EURUSD breaks this resistance. AUDUSD & USDCHF are really performing excellently.

I closed my longs. If it breaks above 1260 I might consider opening new ones but I would close those too once it reaches 1275 - 1280.

1265-66 is something i am really keen on

I was too, but 1262 couldn't be broken, apparently. I have shorts now, with target at 1252.

i dont know what are the chances of 1273-75 are but definitly its is possible. if it gets to that point then i am short. i hope it doesnt get there until FRI

A breakout of gold above the 200 week EMA may confirm a bullish change in direction for the precious metal.

for me i always look at the yearly MA (365 on daily) first, both precious metals are trading most of the time above since about 2 months. =>bullish

You're right, there's a big doji candlestick above the support at 1240, so it's quite possible it will start rising again.

Buy above 1250.
Sell below 1240.

Gold may drop back towards the consolidation zone, from where it may still for a while until new fundamentals come into the markets.
