pic not very clear as it got few obstacles on way up and also ignored any news events which might change the direction. where we are right now, from here 1228 looks the next level

Gold found some support at 1207, but I think it will eventually start falling again towards 1200.

Current situation for gold price.

In attachment you can see that if gold price would settle today over $1,225 then around 4,000 call options would be in the money so big incentive by option writers to keep gold below 1,225 at today's settled time.

Current situation for silver price.

In attachment you can see that if silver price would settle today over $15.50 then around 800 call options would be in the money so big incentive by option writers to keep silver below $15.50 at today's settled time.

1 silver futures contract = 5,000 silver ounces for physical delivery so 800 call options at $15.50 = right by owners of silver call options in the money to ask for 4 million silver ounces to be delivered.

Hence motivation by option writers (mostly big banks) to "keep" silver price at today's settled price below $15.50

This trend line on H1 was too tempting. Short @ 1220 with SL @ 1223. In case gold struggling to go higher and starts to fall to 1200 or below.

well nothing is ever certain these markets. you may be right here, but as per my analysis it is going to breach 1223 to goto 1227

There's a hanging man candlestick on the 4-hour time-frame, I think it might move to the downside again.

hanging man might get hanegd tonite as Gold is preparing to target 1227 and then 1236-40 region and then upto news it reversal or further bullish. but i wont short it before that region

well cant really sugest you, because if you read my previous posts , i entered long at 1210-11 regiin with stop loss at 1207, but if you still keen on entering and want to take bit of risk then set stop loss 1218 and profit level 1235-40
