I think Gold will reach 1200 after the holidays, the question is whether it will break below that level.

What are your thoughts on shorting Gold and going long on Silver?

Thats the short-term play.Long-term its the other way around for now.Market structure tells the story.XAG wont break the high made on 28.10

CME‬ ‪gold‬ & ‪silver‬ futures options expiration today.
Key settled prices for ‪option‬ writers: gold <$1,225 and silver <$15.50 ‪

Currently Gold Apr 2016 futures price $1215.8 and Silver May 2016 futures price $15.18
For now both commodities inside max option pain area.

This monthly options expiration for gold and silver futures will also have effect TODAY on gold & silver forex spot price.
