Hi,
Because of the way my bank account is set up (South Africa) I found it difficult to make a deposit from my "Chipped Mastercard Debit" which is linked to my Cheque account.
I am trading with Pepperstone at the moment because they allow deposits using Mastercard secure deposit which worked with my bank accounts.
XM should look into it!!!
{you enter your MasterCard debit details as per the norm + amount, you then get a pop up on your phone to authorize the transaction & booooom deposit made. Simple quick & easy as pie}

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We do accept major credit cards, including MasterCard, but, perhaps, your bank has some very specific setup when it comes to online payments. I will pass your feedback to our payments department and in the meantime you may choose one of the alternative methods of account funding.
