Ohhhhh scary "peasants and farmers" are buying - with what money I'd like to know.

Their many new billionaires probably. And they are buying property and private jets in the west too.

Anything to diversify out of the China bubble.

i need a lot help..anyone here can explain to me what happen on candle in blue cloud????..quiet blur because as i know there is no high impact news yesterday..and until now no retracement happen..arrghhh..i need fact explaination please..anyone??..

JP Morgan now owns 55 million ounces of physical silver, 8 million of which were purchased the first weeks of April. Also, JP Morgan Chase is reducing physical cash storage. That doesn't necessarily mean they believe metal will go up, only that they believe the purchasing power of cash will go down in relation to metals. Jamie Dimon (CEO) is also "predicting" another crash, just like he "predicted" the two crashes he caused in 2008 and 2010, and the stock market certainly seems overdue for a serious trimming.

They've been stockpiling silver since 2012 though so they might not be done yet, but upping their pace of purchasing has me thinking whatever they're planning is coming sooner rather than later, and after Dimon's brush with cancer he might be ready to feed his ego with another crash that he get's to walk away from.

Until a definitive breakout the easier money might be shorting USD for now, but whatever the case they certainly didn't spend close to a billion dollars buying silver to lose money, and the largest of the too-big-to-fail banks isn't afraid to "encourage" the market to go their way if they need to so bear that in mind if you hold your shorts.
You can always make money tomorrow provided you don't lose it today.

Failure to break $1205-06 resistance region could pullback the yellow metal gains towards resistance-turned-support line near 1196-98 region, while on the upside $1225 is likely resistance to determine near-term moves of the Gold prices.

1212-14 looks like a killer area. Good chance to exit longs and enter short imo. Hard to belive that this is going straight up already.

I would be very careful with short attempts in either XAU or XAG.

any sell-off in equities and subsequently in USD will dramatically boost XAU and XAG. And a sell-off in equities is either imminent or has already started depending on which index you look at.

agree, djia to see 1600 in weeks-months according to my analysis. But a crash is at least 3-6 months away i think. And it could be a soft landing if stretched over time, nothing like last crash maybe. Last time we had high rates, this time down going stagnation would be a better call imo.

I guess you mean DJIA 16000.
I am not sure how far away we are from a correction, I think 3-6 months sounds a bit too long for me, but I agree it wont be a flash crash. I think we will lose a nice healthy 5%-10% and then over time continue drifting lower. Nonetheless, it will be good for the market to understand the alternatives to equities among which XAU and XAG offer great value.
