This java based trading platform from Avatrade does not allow pending orders.

I never follow news for trades, but, prefer following key hr patterns, Daily Clock Band and seasons etc.

Its all chaos, just use a strategy and take a punt. Then repeat till you eventually have something like mitch.
btw mitch howcome you only trade silver, what about gold, platinum some majors? your system so well testing that only silver brings the wins?

I'm not a big fan of PA around closing and re-opening around weekends, so trying to give a small safe twist to some of my positions.

Usually, Mondays are hard for me to manage my positions, gets unpredictable and slippery, so, here is what I got so I can have a peaceful weekend without any stress.

PS: @ 1296, doesn't looks bad though, but, better play safe than be sorry!

PPS: The highlighted positions are my area of focus.

I've been long gold since 7/24 @ 1286 (futures price, not forex) based on a large 240min bottom signal. First sign of resistance is at 1301. Based on this, unless we hit 1301 today, I'm going to hold over the weekend and look to exit Monday or Tuesday. Everyone enjoy the weekend.

gold crossed the 4hr res. when it was 1295.03.....didnt make a higher middle then,.....now the resistance is

(1295.03* 2) - 1290.85 (hr 05 low on the 4 hr chart) = 1299.22

lorix u'll miss your chance on this one mate but have a nice weekend.

CT is it possible on your browser to hedge gold for more than 24 hours? If so i'd keep shorts alive for monday. Gonna have volatility this setback allows us to go further down in my opinion.

well for the last 4 years at least (i didnt check longer) on the 27th (or the day after when its a weekend) whenever contracts expire gold drops..
That is why im saying it's healthy to have this small retrace.
I'll be entering long on 28th already decided my entry will be 1280 small lot and rebuy lower if it drops to 1264.

GL to all though hope we can all moke some money maybe we could go on a trip like a cruise or smth at the end of the season all traders would be fun ahaha
