i was long for bullishnes on the 1 hr chart , bearish few days ago @big picture,my stop is a little far wont think to figure it out as long as the price is under 1300

now as long we are on Friday and not much time left for news release i ill stand a side waiting the 1303 and over zone to start my selling 1303 may take my 1st short there ill see how market react its friday and better to play safe and smart

seeing a middle over 1295.03 this 4 hour is bulish on the 4 hours , but my stop is 1300

hmm as markd is placed us will be shorted most likely on next news so yeah it will probably re visit it.

As for gold got these shorts open and if it stays flat untill the end of th session i'm thinking i should close them.. any thoughts?

Using DCB:

Nice support for intraday longs @ 1286, one could extend this to 1284 to play safe.

After / before the news, IF it dips to 90, it could be a nice chance to go long (DCB strategy).

Just added two longs @ 1296 with SL @ 1284

PS: There is some profit I took in the last couple of weeks, time to test DCB, don't mind losing a bit.

clock why don't you set entry orders saving you some $$ for when it falls you auto get in on better points?

Also DUrable core goods got revised up last month prior to data release. usually this means better than expected data this is bs data though.. ppl will probably buy the spike back up i think im closing gold when that happens

crap everyone saw that coming -.- no imediate movements...oh well shorts were closed yesteday and today now waiting for intraday bulls to close so we can head to red territory and close there in a flat candle..

lol lorix you wont b seeing that today ur lucky if it gets to 1296 again .. maybe if you go to ukraine and shoot down a plain you may get some longs going lol

belive it or not mate ive been seeing this in this market u cant believe i am trading for long enough to know that i can expect anything in this market lets see if its gonna break over this day high and see whats gonna happen after,, for me no trades now although its a short signal under the 1295.5 but would rather to stand a side for now

a big move down if...the price this hour goes below 1292.50 >>>or the high of next hour not to go over 1293.66 or the price next hour open over 1293.66 then goes down to make a middle less than 1293.66

Left one short open from 1295. with TP at 1271. Still think we'll see summer ranging till majority of traders come back for real business in September.
