Over the last two weeks, fundamental analysis kept saying if the Fed will maintain their bond purchases, that means gold will up. I just saw the opposite. It is weird how the market, probably sometimes, is never governed by any type analysis, whether technical or fundamental.

This move makes perfect sense to me as I was expecting it.Market data is crap and manufactured.They manufacture datas so that they can build ride and pullback their positions.This time they needed a pullback for their big gold longs, so they manufactured a reason to take it down.Tomorrow or the next day no one will remember this data
when gold rise sharply !

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "they" plz? It's really amazing how, in many cases, the market moves against the general sentiment in the news and fundamentals. In this regard, I totally agree with you on the fact that there should be someone [or "they"] manipulating the natural course of things in this market.

Is there any possibility for resuming the UTL?

The biggest scam is the FED itself , no need to look for anybody else .Central banks and the market makers manipulate the market and steal the retailers money.All central banks and the data they provide is corrupt, plus Fed is not a government entity , it is a private bank !!!
If it stays below 1340 I expect 1317-1323 and will look for longs there.Going down 1340 might take an other day.But if it wants to go up it can go up from here too, it stays in the middle right now.

If price don't move to new highs from here I would look to buy in at 1319-1322

Well unemployment claims are coming up Thursday, which would prob not be favourable for USD, so could Gold then bounce back up? It has also dipped below the 50% Fibb level, which could indicate with right PA that it will be heading down to 38.2% level
