Hello Gold & Silver traders.
I have a question.
I found this thread and I think that it is apropriate to post my question here, If I made a mistake I sincerely apologize.
I usually trade 2 pairs of currencies but also Gold and Silver.
I trade 2 pairs at the same time: Buy XAU/USD Sell XAG/USD or Sell XAU/USD Buy XAG/USD - no stop loss in place and I take an advantage of the small difference when those 2 pairs diverge.
My question is:
How many lots of Gold do I have to trade and how many Silver to make the trade roughly balanced.
I noticed that if I trade (buy or sell) the same amount on both pairs the spread (profit/loss initially) shows big difference - about six times.
Is it because the spread is different?
What is the best way to calculate how many lots of each should I take to make balance.
If you need any clarifications please contact me.
All the best in trading and waiting for reply.
