I think Gold will from 1234 level to 1215 and then move again towards 1270.Silver is relatively strong.It may fall strongly in next week.Lets see what happen.

Impressive selling at 1300? It has only been in a downtrend for close to two years.

I steer way clear of big round numbers and you should know by now I follow price action pure and simple and could care less pre post whatever.

For clues to a possible turn in Gold watch Gold/Silver and Gold/SPX ratios. Neither have shown any divergence from the paths they have been on for a good while now.

But in any case another hundred or two lower to go is very possible or "heavens to betsy" break the one thousand mark.

A lot of things changed for a relativly small down move.
Specially sentiment is now in favor of the bulls.
the manipulation of CME + bullion banks + central banks + paper gold, made price go to this low and now to me its time for the bulls to make their move.. its really simple and depends on what they do.
Lets suppose they make a up move above 1300, gold price suppression might set in again, i don't know how far they will want to keep doing this. it really depends on their presistence.

I think you need to have a lot of capital to withstand losses if you don't want to get hurt in these games and speculate on price of gold.

Dead Cat Bounce - downtrend never ended. Not smart looking for long.

Better to wait till it turns then trying to pick a bottom.

Have you seen dollar lately especially against a big gold buyer country India and their rupee?

And so many other factors besides maaaaaa nipulation.

NFP number was 195k last week. USA will decrease QE3 very soon. Asian traders will sell on Sunday night. We can see a big drop to the 1100 if 1180 breaks !!!

Closed at 1223 so if we fall $43 we can fall further....... Got it

BTW Look at the unemployment rate - which went up. The rise in jobs in the headline number was from temp jobs not full time ones..... A bit illusory imho
