DislikedI have already cut my longs in gold mining stocks by 2/3's at this point. With the last 1/3 being in options, as I can't predict where price will go from here. Its totally 50/50 from here. A breakdown can be nasty and a failure to breakdown can be very bullish.Ignored

DislikedWell,
1.Gold mining cost is about 1300 usd/oz
2. Gold in my opinion is a construction of three parts:
a) Inflation hedge ( can you see inflation everythere exept consumer inflation? No. It's deflation
b) Fear factor ( then everything gets bad, even bonds, this will be in 2016, then we will buyin.
c) Commodity, depending on world economics.
And if you look at support ressistances, and all these 3 parts you are nuts if you bet on gold rising.Ignored
Can anyone explain the correlation of VIX , stocks and metals , and its current and future implications ?
