My question:
Does gold always correlate to world events as expected?
I find it correlates to one item for a period of time, but then this relationship suddenly ceases and it seems to correlate to some other item.
This statement is unfortunately not based on statistical analysis, but mere observation of my experience for the past few years.
So - for now gold gains as the Euro gains - but perhaps if the Euro does crash and the US returns to its own debt ceiling vs. government gutting and economic collapse debate (eventually), is there not a chance that people will tuck some money into gold and big money (bankers and/or crooks) will take us up for another bull run?
No one knows anything. I only know the "professional" "analysts" have a new story every day and they seem to make crap up as they go.

Dislikedthe answer lies on answering these questions:
1- is euro better off with greece and if not what does that mean to xau?
2- higher euro means higher gold?
3- usa is slowing down so does gold go higher as safe haven?
4- have the banks really fixed thier problems of 2008 or have they just put a stop on the dyke that's about to overflow and when it does explode what would xau be at?
my opinion xau should be alot higher but is currently being kept down and accumulated at bargain prices. it might go lower presently but it the long run it is...Ignored
