CFTC to impose position limits. I bet the big financial institutions are exempt. May see a drop in prices across the board if folks have to dump positions to comply with the new rules. This is over the mid term, long term inflation will drive the prices higher and higher. At the end of the day the market is going to go where it is going to go and there is nothing the regulators can do about it.

Given what we've seen so far with the implementation of the Frank-Dodd Act, it really isn't a stretch. So far everything they've wanted to pass has passed, so this is a done deal in my book.

Very predictable dip at the noted area of 1675/7

Price is stuck on H4 with support below by the 50 sma and resistance above at the 100.

There will be a break, and my bottom dollar is on upwards.

Also noteworthy, Higher highs, even if only a buck or two and higher lows. She is climbing..

Dems didn't get everything they wanted with Dodd-Frank.

But it might be a done deal but then again it might just be reversed if we get Pres Romney.

I'd prefer Pres Ron Paul but that will never happen.

Looks like the good old stepping stone pattern for gold right now.

Up a few steps, then down a bit, yet we are rising and every day we stay above 1600 it gets stronger...

Where will the bears be when we hit 2k?
