XAU going through the roof

Has anyone seen the price of Gold lately?

Is this nose bleed territory?
Are we going to see a collapse?

Shouldn't we be seeing some strength in the AUD and CAD?

Well, the AUD and CAD pairs didn't move much as the XAU did today.
Maybe there is delay in the reaction.
EUR/USD pair is also pretty much correlated with XAU/USD pair but didn't react much yet.

COT is showing some very extreme positions. It could all become ugly if everyone decided to flip.

COTs showing extreme positions since September 07. Meanwhile the market just kept going up. I hope this isn't one of the situations in which the commercials are wrong, as they were with the Canadian dollar.

I've been looking out for a major correction since September. I thought last month was it. I was wrong again. I was in and out a few times and lost some money. I can feel it coming. I'll be ready to take it as soon as it comes.

triangle breakout giving price projection of near 900, some sort of correction expected around 890-900?

anyone sees it as a bullish flag breakout?

Can I ask you what became of those thoughts that it will have a major correction. Just interested on some viewpoints, that's all.

I think the demand is simply artificial at this point while supply will be greater this year with China's new gold mine and its investment in Africa. But I'm not going against the bull unless I get some technical confirmation first. I could be way wrong on this. I'll probably be proven wrong and jump on the bull run.

Gold/AUD correlation is VERY loose and only over the very long term!

Gold is the world's most important metals. In fact, no appreciation of gold, mainly in the corresponding devaluation of the dollar. I am still optimistic about gold to a new high. I saw China's stock market, gold company stocks to remain strong, so I am still optimistic about gold.
