DislikedIts a matter of personal preferance... I really like Oanda, quite a few dont like their platform but I really like it. Simple to use, not overly complex interface... so you can concentrate on catching those trends Last thing you need as a newbie is a platform that gets in the way, also very good demo.
If you like lots of indicators and other gizmos then you might want somthing more hardcore.Ignored

DislikedI agree. When I started trading, all of the popular brokers used MT, it became perfectly clear to me why. So in any effort to find a more reputable broker I chose a non-MT broker. Every broker is a bucketshop but it is something about MT brokers.
Its always important to test drive a plateforms but more important to find a broker worth dealing with. A platform is nothing without a decent broker/broker's feed.Ignored
