One needs to learn to do nothing when nothing needs doing. Most of us lose money when we force positions and trade when nothing is happening. Doing nothing at least saves money.

what do you call forcing a trade, if you stick your head in the sand what do you learn by it

Looking at the moving averages in my opinion it’s more likely that price will move down than up over a period of time.

XAUUSD is stuck in a 4700-4730 range for around 12 hours. Considering important news in NY session and previous London sessions, we can expect to see ranging price in this zone for a while and waiting for a valid breakout of either sides.

Something that's helped me is putting multiple entries of 0.01 vs 0.02, 0.04 etc...it spooks the subconscious too much as jr would say
Will hang it up for today...more than paid...keep working hard people
