he does not need the senate to authorize anything , he has the authory perhaps you might go and learn what the president can do

Yes, you are right ! But to start a war that costs American taxpayers money, they must have a yes from Congress ! They want to fight, not fight ! And the Arabs will pay for these costs in the end! For example : Saudi Arabia - Qatar - Kuwait and ... !
