hi guys,

fucked up really bad today. Was able to achieve a loss of 50% in couple hours after being up 10% for the day. Excpected a range play at QH5 and WL4 with stochs low. Longed at the marked levels targeting DL4 and DS1 to then go short. But the battle was already lost at DMid and the 50 level of the range with the ema´s. Gave back my 10% and lost more.
Was fucking mad not only because of trading but also because of some clients who are calling me non stop because their wooden suspended ceiling is leaking since a week......... A fucking whole week............. and the neighbour above was wondering why his radiator is constantly cold and the wall started to mold since a month.
Furthermore the Housekeeper decided to refill the heating system with water nearly everyday because guess what, the water level was too low because the water leaked permanently. And then you get a call at christmas evening that you should come by urgently to fix it. Couldn´t be at a worse timing because nobody works between the holidays. Battling for an hour with insurances, calls from more clients who came up with old problems which needs to get fixed now and so on. I am not talking about some guys in their 20s. Grown men in their 40s and i don´t know if i lost my common sense or they did.
Not saying that i am sitting in a better boat, otherwhise i would have traded better today but men sometimes i think to myself that i am part of a never ending circus show.

This is not an excuse of my shit show today and i need to work on separating the two businesses. Last two fuck ups are basically the same pattern. Getting mad, lossing after beeing profitable and afterwards just letting it run because i don´t give a shit anymore. I can do that on a demo account but not on a live account. Maybe i should start a live account just to feel the pain.
