Hi guys,

hope you had a great day. Tried to refine my entries in the 1 Minute chart but got screwed over pretty hard. Mainly trading on phone and that doesnīt help either.
Letīs see what the rest of the day hold up for me. Gonna short Dh3 and see what the rest of day brings.

jr , maybe not a new view obviously a lot of shekels in the noise ,an ole max will gnaw away bout anywhere and some things wont be new at all , but always that pucks and lobbers thing and who is hiding it better

jr , ooy , Mr ChasingGreen would have to lug an old school pewter round with a monitor , may "look " funny at the pub an if some took notice of things that "tab" thing in his name could become pretty permanent , mind been somewhere else for a few hours now , just tryna get the bullwagon and the rest of me there without a meltdown did catch a few banger rounds both ways , ole monitor slid past the seat a couple times , clicker usually close

Why didn't I keep it. not confident. why ? I will draw lines at H1 and wait for test at M5,M15 and pull the trigger. no need to think. I am trying. too mentally exhausted because of too much debt + living expenses. sorry for…

get a demo put one chart dont put any indicators on it , any pair you want then watch how it moves on smaller time frames for a month or longer then add a indicator and watch how it moves with the candles , take the sht out of your head watch it on demo so you get to watch movements which happen every day into you head, i
think i post this over 20 times over the years , in the end i dont care how you trade its your money to lose , you can not do the gigantic moves without the stepping stones , you cant be a brain surgeon with out training

I think many of us have struggled with confidence issues when it comes to trading, but what jr. said here is honestly all you need

If it makes you too nervous, stay on demo until you can reliably nail trade after trade after trade. Build up your confidence on demo, no matter how long it takes, then start transitioning to live. That's what worked for me.
