yeah, I learned about the 'guruness' early on in my trading journey, leaving some money to them and to the market in the process. Still, not in vain, lesson learned )))
I've learned a lot from the thread, your dad, yourself and other great traders here, don't wanna bother you guys with questions already answered. In fact, I believe I got all the technicalities, just need to get my mind in order and not do stuff I already know is not gonna work out. Like today, I saw price was pointing to up, stoch was up, rejected from DO multiple times, there was low number of pips before NY, so knew it's gonna make more and then I take the trade on demo not live. Afterwards I was like yeah, let's make some on live as well and try to stop it when I see it ripping up around YH, just for a 10 pipper I thought to myself, although I know that previous extremes get broken at the time of the day. And then I added and added again and left it hanging hoping it will come back.
Some things to work on, very hard to break.

YES and attack is good and the cash keeps coming in

The day ended green finally, bad positions reversed and tped. Although the cash is in, it was bad trading on my behalf and thus I'm far from happy. Moreover, due to stubbornness and inability to deal with the bad trade, I was prepared to let the loss run even beyond any point of reason, above Q open. This is not the first time, like millionth or such that this is happening to me and I'm aware that I have to find a way to change mindset, otherwise sooner or later I'll run out of luck again.
Anyways, during the hour of market inactivity, I'm reflecting on the day that was and doing some charting. Although it's easy to be a captain after the battle, please find below markings on charts of different timeframes, it helps me learn to notice things that work over and over and hopefully can be beneficial to others as well. All credits for anything I observe correctly go to jr and his father, as I learned this going through their numerous posts.
Looking at the daily timeframe, price reversed from Q pivot and is pushing higher, almost tagging Q rollover today. Stock shows turn to the upside, still below 50 though.
Down to 3H, it got to weekly R2 and reversed today, tagging neckline of H&S pattern from December 2024 and camelback of 15th of January.
30 minute chart, after playing around DP, went up almost to DR%, made camelback and back down to DL3.
15 minutes, making higher highs all week, very similar behaviour day after day, above all averages until late today. In the NY stoch made standard three push down pattern getting price to 30 min 200 ema.
5 minute chart, London started slowly, making a camelback on top of previous week high and back to open daily open which it tested three times. Then NY picked up and made three push stock pattern and then boom up, exactly to 1.618 extension of last weeks range. Then, by the time of the fuel news, 2PM NY time retraced 50% of the move and then with fuel made to the projection below DO like previous couple of days.
All nice and dandy, seeing it as it develop, though, completely another universe :-)))
Calling it a night, midnight to be exact ))). Enjoyable Aussi session to all who trade it, my time starts with LO open. Hopefully a better trading day than today.
