jr , eeeh one can call it what they want , for me it wasent a "challange" For dad I dont think it would have been considered a "challange" for him it was the internet came along and he not being much older than what I am right now when his dad my gramps was killed , he being old enough to have his name signed to bank loans which totaled millions and millions and millions of debt , 2 business s , farming and an a rather large excavating company , in the blink of an eye it was on his back , failure was not really an option ,it was "survival" of a way of life and coming thru as the generations before had , ah sure , could have sold it all been left with a little , could have lost it all no one would thought less , many were saying what many people usually say , counted down counted out , vultures circling like leeches for a while Im sure , As said before , completely different for me , but there wasent a penny given or gonna be given till I could get it on my own , ha I after all am not my perfect sister he had a way of making one "think" sitiuation" was no different for me , and failure wasent an option , and one operates as ya dont know ya can lose , that is not on the option list , one finds a blanking way one in his shoes not just :thinking" bout himself , many employee s and the normal things they all worry about , mortgages ,kids , this payment that payment , do know from what My old neigbhor says the "help" or crew lived way better than him for a long time , not quite that way these days but the "help" still living way better than most in the area , and it isint because one is "greedy" ( I do know the excavating part was ,fore I got old enough to know much about it , but not sold as normal , a guy that busted his azz day in day out was given a chance , and basically told to take it over and continue , all the contracts ,equipment , trucks , been a bit of a struggle for em , dad has made sure everything was always covered , nothing held over anybodies head , he is doing okay now , but he put the work in ,)
