Are there any brokers who use meta trader as their trading platform who allow you to use trailing stops whereby your computer does not have to be on? Are there any server side trailing stop executions? If not why?
thanks.

DislikedI had never thought it was any other than server side TS. You've got me thinking now though so i'll check things out sometime this week or next. . . but as far as i can remember things with the TS set went fine when my computer was off. I use MB Trading, IBFX, and OneWorldFX for mt4 use at this time.

DislikedA question from a newbie
I opened a demo account at North Finance (NF), before to come across the SRDC method. Trying to apply the method, I found out that:
1.One can’t open a pending BUY STOP order, if the entry point is less than 10 pips away from the current ACK price.
2.One can’t put “Take Profit Order” if Take Profit is less that 10 pips away from the Entry point.
3.The same applies to a SELL STOP orders and BID price.
Do you guys have same problem with others Meta Trader Brokers? How do you deal with the matter?
Any reply will be appreciated. Thanks. ScardiIgnored
Quoting MT4 UserguideDislikedAttention: Trailing Stop works in the client terminal, not in the server (like Stop Loss or Take Profit). This is why it will not work, unlike the above orders, if the terminal is off. In this case, only the Stop Loss level will trigger that has been set by trailing stop.Ignored
