The previous session was a bearish pivot.
Question: i. Was it a consecutive lower pivot? No. ii. Are we below 4000? No.
Implication... We continue with our bullish bias 'cos we're above 4000. And do buy limits only. That's it man. Don't take my word for it. Just look at your chart man!

2nd, 3rd and 4rh, consecutive bearish pivot. This signals a potential reversal. Though we are above 4000. You still take what you want from the market.

We don't know how deep the reversal can be, so you take what you want from the market because our bias is above 4000. You don't want to be caught unawares by the market.

Why would anyone deny what is happening right in front of his eyes? It's not physical blindness, it is egotistic blindness. Market gives you real time data feed back, you are saying no! How can that be? How can that be!? Then you're losing money. You will come back here when no one is watching, learn this thing and do your due diligence. It's worth more than ten thousand hours man!

how can we have a smaller sl? some trades the drawdown is a bit more.

I came up with something... We take only trades that produces consecutive HH or LL pivots. Then hide stop loss at the previous high or low. This is more effective and will avoid whipsaw markets taking back our profit. The distance will then determine your risk amount..

I think it falls inline with what Marcos89 asked earlier. Sl at the low of that first H pivot, entry at the higher high pivot to continue with the trend upwards. Reverse same rule for sell.
But if we take every limit orders (which I do sometimes) in the direction of the trend, prepare for a bigger stop loss. Because you never know how deep a market may retrace before giving us profit.

We are above 4000, and 8th and 9th gave us HH pivots. This is what am saying... Make the necessary adjustments brother.

Some other days the reward might be much bigger than this one. So don't worry. The market is dynamic.
