Yeah i read them but the problem is i even dont know what is 200 in m30 200.
it seems moving average but even no basic knowledge of 200 moving average.

That's the period of the moving average. Every moving average needs a period. In this case is the chart M30 and using exponential moving average (ema) with 200 period. If you want to put that ema on the m15, would be an ema 400 period.

Its hard to not trade when watching charts all day lol, I went long on daily open/ytd low since it wasnt tested so far today and it went good. One runner left. Today I took my swings nicely

It would be M5 1200 ema. Digg shared the emas he use, he probably tested more different emas than all of us together lol. Emas, like other indicator are just a tool that helps, but as he says, price goes first. You can use it as a target, as a level, support, resist, etc..
