Breakouts and breakouts... yes it was clearly a technical breakout, see the chart i've posted couple of posts ago.

i think hot money has no where to go. cable is a bust with weak dollar and weak sterling. the build out was from last week, so that is pretty much done imo.

i still like 32 for silver for the mar contract

they are buying it so we could get a bull flag on both. i'd be a buyer of silver around 24.24 mar if it comes down there.

All currencies are pretty much trash in the long run,
Only true safe havens are Gold & Bitcoin at the moment, at least that's how i see it.
Bitcoin is topped off, so what can they buy? Gold... and they did

they can buy copper (which they have) and PT and PD. in inflationary environment softs will do well also, and they have already started their move.

copper is probably a safer place to hold then gold imo. at least there is some demand. its a hugh market to dump loads of cash into.

I've seen this thing drop 100$ in a day, 25-40$+ upwards movement is somewhat generous i guess...

indeed, and that is the norm. so nice to see it move the otherwise with the same degree of robustness.

silver - they are still just loading up on it. it really needs to retrace here. please do so i can get in. but me thinks it is just going to move up continuously.

Indeed nice to see it move all the time, currency markets are somewhat boring and don't move much and fit my expectations.
I choose areas to play and need to price to move towards to be able to join the game. Gold is pretty swift.
I don't much care about which direction it goes tbh, as long as it moves, it's good.. and we can trade.
Silver erased previous loses a lot more than gold as i can see, so it might retrace a bit. But sometimes it's just only small corrections and big runs in the same direction.

on my oanda charts they wipes out the long stops with a size large dump and pump. so i'll be looking for longs now, pretty much where we are now.

Managed to do some buy scalps.
Altough, gold is in a deathzone.
Soon it will blast up or down.

I think GOLD has reached the top of the month. It is sitting around 50% fib from Daily and 23.6 level in H4. Max extension 1884. ST and MT Outlooks should be SELL in my view. Hence I sold it at 1871 with STL at 1885. Targeting the low of previous month 1764.

now both seem to working against the 1h chart so more sideways to come imo. that said silver is looking more accumulative then gold but gold has been giving me easiest signals for while now. both remain a good long at prices i mentioned above.
