Thanks for all the good thoughts folks ,, long ways to go yet but making a bit of progress ,,was good to get home and just decompress for a bit ,, havent done much trading ,,, can actually lay down at night now and not take an hour and half and a a half a fifth of whiskey to get moving mornings now and the constant pain being gone for the most part quite a relief , ,,walk a bit yet like Ive had the fifth but gaining ,,slowly , cant do much yet but walk for a bit anyway lol,, Truly hope all have been doing well
