From FPA: "Gold climbs higher but now it has reached not only weekly but almost monthly overbought. Thus, odds suggest to wait for healthy pullback to consider long entry."

Gold may complete wave 3 at 1900 which coincides with TL and Fib level. A pullback to 1810-1820 should be expected.

It's not surprising that Gold is facing some stiff resistance at the $1900 level. As I've mentioned before this is just the beginning of a long period of risk aversion similar to what the markets experienced in the aftermath of the 08 crisis. Gold has been and will be benefiting from this shift. Same with silver.

Here's my take on the XAUUSD, from the technical perspective of a swing trader. The XAUUSD market continues to dispose northward. Price action on the daily time frame is still disposed positively and a rising trendline (purple), traceable to March 20, 2020 is still in play. However, the fact that the recent candlestick prints have shadows on both ends indicates that we may be having some bearish pressure as price action approaches the next horizontal resistance zone around 1906.70.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

#Gold #XAUUSD A Possible Bearish pattern Has Evolved. This is a rare and weird 5-0 Pattern pattern that comes on few instruments. But keep an eye on DXY . Whatever is happening in gold and other pairs today is because DXY has found a support (at least for now)

1. Ample time to learn how to trade range over the past years of sideways movement!

2. MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to be positioned for this new record high and what will result in the breach of 2k - Damn she’s pushing today! Could happen!!!!

3. Plenty of opportunities to buy and hold physical metal at far less an entry than current spot rates!!!!

At this level the swings can be huge and violent yet super profitable to trade! Like the nice $70 swing in the 27th

I'm not hearing anything specific that's causing this sell off in precious metals/rise in the USD. Crazy moves here.

Look at that from my perspective. A lot different. I don’t usually look at anything below H1.

It’s buzz and speculation from FED.

Plus pairs are at levels they haven’t been in months, USD/CAD resting on a decent support that I’m waiting For to break.

Gold is making new highs, the markets are volatile!
Euro/U just hit 1.18

Silver I’d say is a mix of suppression, manipulation and just correction after a nice run up. Gold will swing like this when it gets this high.

Nothing else on the calendar.

Keep in mind on those lower TFs specs will jump in just to short the high and flatten once momentum dies at support.

I was gonna say Silver will be back above 24 in no time, but it already is.

I have a good feeling when the steam is there the price will likely pass through 2000 as if it meant nothing, likely finding resistance @2010 that being said 1990/5 could be a thorn in the side.
