If you want privacy Linux is the best option. There are many distributions that are user friendly. And I believe you can also install metatrader there.

Never heard of that software but will download and research it when I have time ......I have Windows 10 on a computer but refuse to use it....I love the old Windows 7 Ultimate....Suitable for old folks

, need to get off win10 64bit mate new set up in computer only does 64bit windows but will allow 64bit other os , it ask you to upload to much information and is working behind the scenes so i am hoping the new software will fix the problem ,

yes mate alls ok , the only thing i dont like with the new win10 64 bit is to much information getting to microsoft i also change my browser to >>> , brave , so google can get lost to ,

Be sure to go into the Brave settings and tighten down your privacy inside there as well.
I agree, Microsoft wants everything you have...they know everything about you and while you can drip info to them...they still get more info then they deserve. It amazes me that for a small $5 a month fee that someone doesn't offer internet, phone service, vaccines, etc with zero tracking.

Microsoft, FB and the rest of the cabal also reset your settings from time to time when they do "software updates".

forgot to mention i do have a vpn , but it seems win10 64 bit gets around it some how

hmm, that sounds like a vpn setting. maybe email your vpn and ask a few questions...if you end up not liking brave. I wasn't a fan...it seemed to allow more info than firefox. But firefox uses some google chrome code and now sends some of your stuff through a 3rd party cloud (maybe norton?) to 'better protect' it from being seen.

i don't trade like Aussi or Ced74 or digger1, or anyone else I guess, but decided to post a little until digger1 gets back.
going to grab some sleep.

edit: one of the open trades closed at the tp for 47 pips while i was trying to document the trading.

Having a plan is great but you are entirely correct stating that it's about the cash. A trader was complaining about the high cost of trading (spreads and swaps) and that the amount to open positions was too high. He also had a few margin calls resulting in his trades being closed. It's obvious that this trader's account was underfunded and he was trading lot sizes that he couldn't afford. The way I see it traders have to learn to walk before learning to run. Trading is a long game. After having a decent account traders need to run marathons instead of sprinting

I tried to sprint a few months ago and it didn't end well. Now I'm saving money to start my marathon
I started with 2,5k. In a couple months I build it up to 12k. With oversize lots. I got overconfident since I was winning most of my trades. I ended up holding 2 trades that fucked me. After that I did revenge trading trying to get back all I lost and I ended burning the whole account. It piss me off because now it will take me 1 or 2 years to get enough cash to go back at trading. Its also a pain to have a fulltime job and almost no time to trade :/
