I've been starting to go long silver this week, buying on dips. There's been a lot of jaw-boning about US-China trade, but there's still a lot of risk that nothing will get worked out anytime soon. Even if it does, the market might be disappointed by 'phase 1' and start to worry that using phases to deal with trade is another way of saying it could be a long time before it's worked out. In any case, I still think silver is oversold. Currently long and looking to add on dips. Profit Target is probably going to be around the 17.50 level.

Ok, just to quote you since you maybe implied that I do not bring value. You can see my latest update in other thread, just to see that you had my completely tradeable predictions for the whole 5 months... You an also check what trend/direction were you posting for the last 5 months and compare.. some even rather recently... Just to make the trackrecord straight.. but no hard feelings please... I am done with this other thread/market for at least quite some time, if not for good....

About GOLD. I have also posted many signals in this VERY thread about the gold prices... I think they were good? About the future gold prices... Today all the previous cycles in other/all markets are now consolidated, complete.. in my book... so will now wait for markets to stabilise and show the way... But I won't be posting trends no more, but I do have them... they have to be completed still, because need this fresh data to confirm.. but won't be posting so long trendlines since I do not know if they bring value to people at all... and I take unnecessary exposure for nothing.. and feel somewhat responsible... BTW you could also use this trendline for other market for a reference/correlation for GOLD or anything, if you are aware how all might be connected/correlated...

But anyway... plan to post more like SIGNAL to SIGNAL instead of trendlines etc... in this very thread also.. SO stay tuned.. Hope we can all help each other out...

It's going in a very corrective style.
I was expecting impulsive move, but either she just correcting the move for more downside
OR it's just because of the f..d up market situation and uncertainty

For now, traders like me that have buys in negative, have to follow the move with a hedge for any possible sharp move down, to see what happens.
I'm just watching it to close my Robot's wrong buys. (@montygoldy I believe you have buys too)
So far I haven't seen any buy or sell setup

3 facts why the gold market found the bottom

1) EVRB action. Look at the progress of wave 1-2 and its volume. It turns out 141/69 = 2k contracts per tick. Look at the progress of wave 5-8 and its volume (highlighted in the box). 206/46 = 4.4 ticks. The volume is getting heavier, and the progress of decline is drying up. It’s getting harder to push the price lower. This means that the market found support around 1450

2) The Growing Wave 8-9 has great progress and duration in time. This confirms the support around 1450. Pay attention to the growth in the delta at the wave of 8-9 (indicator at the bottom).

3) A growing profile (indicator on the left).

What to expect next.

The wave of decline 9-10 should be exhausted, with a falling volume. This will mean that sales pressure has subsided. The market is unlikely to quickly turn up in strong up-trend. Therefore, when considering buying, it could be a hasty decision. But wave 9-10 (NS) should give more arguments for opening longs.

Guys this is still in beta phase atm... will be for the next 7-21 days but I think we will have some wonderful BUY opportunity for XAUUSD in a near future... Need to be confirmed... (by the end of )NEXT week.. with rather strong probability/certainty estimation...

Rightly said.. I am still keeping my long from 1459. Target 1480 and 1488 extended.

I think we are going there too. Just wish my long position was from 1459. Just got in at 1470.85. Looking for a TP1 of 1474 and TP2 of 1480.

Good mate!! its wise, I am also placing stop order from 1475 to 1480. I was just waiting for Trade deal conformation ! now its all went in vain. its now all clear towards 1600 by Q1 2020.

You had the right idea. SL was very tight, you'd have easily hit that target. I am trying the same thing right now at 1470. I feel momentum is going to take us still higher and Gold is undervalued right now. the H1 200MA is providing some resistance. Hoping we can breakout and move towards 1480+.

It's looking like it's going to try to test some strong resistance levels if this upswing continues. We've still got some upside potential in gold.
