Agreed! It's a very tough market right now with price pressures coming from different angles. Flat is probably the best position for now.

Morning Traders
Last day of the week, Although PA has been sloppy, it has provided some decent moves all week long from the weekly levels and zones.
H1 Buyers remained in control yesterday following the daily close above the 1485, as mentioned the Daily chart has begun mapping out a sell zone and following yesterdays PA, we managed to sell some H4 sell setups and catch the H1 buy setups which were further validated by the Inverse Head and SHoulder setup that achieved our 1497 target. Given that the H1 is still in positive territory, but it has traded into the D1 sell zone and the H4 remains bearish with a neutral bias, will be looking for possible setups near the D1 sell zone. The H4 remains bearish until a cross over occurs, because its flat, its bearish with a neutral bias

H1: Bullish and Buy:1490.76 - 1492
H4: Bearish to Neutral:1490.63 - 1491.07
D1: Bearish and Sell:1494.10 - 1496.7
