I think these days MMs may want to trick us harder & maybe they want small money to go first
anyway, definitely when they whack rice up only for one purpose ... is to push it down later unless they change status ... & i think it may happen in Frankfurt, London, newyork or Asia ... whenever they feel full taking enough SL lol!
