I can see the H&S reversal pattern forming on H1 and H4 chart. Any comments? how we can trade?

i have Sell @ 1312. and i really don't know why now Gold go up, while DX still up

I guess it indicates that traders are not convinced with the short term positive outlook of the US economy and living with the fact that underlying global economic outlook is still weak.

One more interesting fact is India- The Gold demand is expected to grow this year because of reduced Income tax few weeks back. India is consuming around 750-800 tonnes of gold annually mainly for Jewellry production.

I think it's risky to sell at this point should be considering to buy as everybody knows gold is going to go up

maybe it right, but I still belive that when DX Up, gold will Down because XAU/USD and now DX up then Gold go up too

I'm looking for another SELL from here, but pretty sharp candle making me wait more.
I am keeping the SELL from 1324 and my TP is on 1300 area, If I can take another sell from here would be great.

Looks like the H&S pattern is going to fail because of very strong bullish pressure. I have to quote an important principle by Martin Pring.

I think it will workout. As soon as a strong bearish candle prints on the trend line touch area, you can sell. I am bullish today. I think its going to take long time to reach 1300 range. Best luck.

I don't think it's a good idea to sell at the moment, there is strong buying pressure prices are going down as normal but will be heading back up again, should be considering BUY.

When everyone knows that (they don't by the way) ... it goes down. Because "everyone" has already bought.

Not saying it will go down. Just that "everyone" very rarely think the same and when they do it quickly reverses direction.

I have a pending order for sell at 1318 for today. Either way if target acheived or no, the position/pending order to be closed/squared at end of day today ( End of NY session today )
