Looks like USD index started next leg down, bullish for g & s.

Gold broke its 1325 level and went down until 1310. Now its trading near 1325 which is a deal breaker as 1345 is the range where it CANNOT go up more than that. If it goes up then 1500 would be the target. Will post here once we see the direction.

Jumped on a nice short for the news release and closed out a move from 16.599 to 16.41.

Sitting on on the sideline again. Guys be careful buying this dip. We are very likely to head lower than 16.4 before we see the continuation up based on my indicators. Trade your own game though but I’m sitting out for a bit

I am big in Japan at the moment, but i have checked what just had happened on gold. They usually rebound ot like that when they want to move it on the upside... Even if i am wrong about the direction, either way, the moment of movement is behind the corner...

btw, Japan is no.1 place on the planet Earth. whoever is no.2 is far far behind... too pity they kill the whales, but hey, nobody is perfect!

My target was 1345 but closed my long lot earlier because of US news. Thought of re-entry after news and got busy with work. Just saw the price action in US session is hillarious. They just dragged gold down as much as possible to buy gold cheaper. If everyones looks at yen pairs falling since day opening, you should realise its time to buy gold.

1345 violated, lets see if we will have an daily close above if. if yes I expect 1375ish as next target...7

edit: whoa.. silver violated 16,79 as well. daily close above -> next target 17.47 -> 17.79?

Short XAGUSD at 16.905 looking to let it run until 4hr indicators bottom. May see some choppy trading again in 1hr from the news.

Running a SL at 17.05

XAUUSD (GOLD) has broken northward of the mid-line of its ascending channel operation by more than 240 pips on the W1 tf. This portends a further northward move, particularly as it is from the 50 Fib retracement of the most recent swing up from the low of 1237.25 and represents a continuation of the upward wave.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.
