There was a big drop on Silver today likely because of the fundamentals. Unless the consolidation continues next week it could continue falling to 16.00.

Xagusd short closed.

Opportunists could well go for a scalp long at this point from 16.60 to try catch a bounce to 16.89 but I will not be chasing it due to volatility.

I'm not sure that jumping into a short after a significant move already is a wise move. My experience would be to give it a chance to consolidate a bit and see if the prices bounce as we have hit historical support lines on Friday and it may attract some buying to test the level and based on the oversold nature of the 1-4hr charts the bounce may be quite strong initially before we head down further.

Up to you though.. I may be wrong.

It looks to me that we wil have further correction to the downside the coming days ... don't go long unless you see clear evidence !

Positions closed and profit taken. Ended up jumping in on the bounce I spoke about from 16.6 on Xagusd. Positions closed and waiting to see the price action from here. We may well see a retest of 1330 gold 16.60 silver this session as volumes are high and volatility seems to be flavour of the day

I closed this trade now at 16.86, I had a TP set at 16.99$ but if Mitchoss says it's better to close now I don't want to argue with him, chances aren't on my side.

Great trade. Though like I said in an earlier post I don’t target the exact top or bottom, but rather a comfortable entry / exit near s/r based on the macd stoch and rsi. On a 1hr chart it seems like a good exit so I’m out.

Hi hiddengap,

Would you be able to explain how the selling boxes are derived? do they follow the same concept of the darvas box theory? or are they drawn from one high volume aggression bar to another? thanks in advance. =)
