I think gold will go to buy trade (1247) and 300 pips profit in long run.

Silver is bearish too, it will probably test the support at 15.63 again soon. A breakout below that level could lead to a further move to the downside towards 15.20.

Loading up on the way down..

  1. Bitcoin is starting to stall, regulation is being worked http://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-10-2...tralia/9058582... So what would you do if you bought in at $3 and see the topping out right now, me I would pull out and place into PM's..
  2. Then the technicals, below you have the D1 on Silver, notice the kijun flattening out, we will head back to either bounce off or push through depending on bitcoin.
  3. Conspiracy section. ha.. The banks are driving it down to load up for a large buy in.
  4. Trends.. Every year around this time we see a drop in the PM's, then the Christmas sales figures are released and do not meet expectations indicating that the economy is not what people are being told.
  5. Interest rates maybe hiked....

First image D1 Bitcoin.
Second image W1 Bitcoin.

Notice the Kijun on both, flattening out. Plus you have the three candles hitting major resistance on the D1. The momentum has slowed considerably, when the momentum slows the sheep will loose interest and when they loose interest the hype / mania will stop, this is the only thing keeping bitcoin up is the hype and mania, what is the true worth of one bitcoin.. - whatever someone will pay for it..

I have 188 trades on Bitcoin, of those I have lost money on 9 and all of the lost trades were where I shorted it when I was quite sure all the technical indicators confirmed the momentum was finally fading. Exercise care with any trade, but if your brokers are a bad as mine you will be staying out because of spreads between 10,000 and 22,000 right now.

I had some small gains on my XAUUSD and XAGUSD shorts this week, but you do wonder how we have so little range in the PMs when the crypto-currencies are up again today (see pic) after the huge gains across the board yesterday. Probably because the CBOE January 2018 BTX contracts are already priced in above USD18,500.

So you are yet another one calling a top - using a lagggg ing moving average no less? Years now traders have been calling for an end to the "bubble" "mania" whatever. If so then are you short or are you just pontificating?

Vitallica, great of your long bitcoin. Why don't u switch broker? I am using pepperstone and the spread is much less, even though still high. I don't dare to long bitcoin as it is way overvalue, instead I short it and in deep ship. tks for your view. Hope everyone makes money.

I have place a few shorts on bitcoin this week for $2k profit, but mainly focusing on long term silver trades (7.5 lots in play). Have been watching bitcoin for years, and yes I should have jumped on it but missed the boat. But now i am seeing a pullback / correction. We will see what happens hey..

i have also made short trade with profit twice on Bitcoin. one for 313 pip and the other for 2170 pip (3.13 and 21.70 pip equivalent in normal currencies). HOWEVER these were NOT good trades that followed any system but rather me thinking i KNEW what the market SHOULD do and THAT is just gambling and stupid.
