Technical outlook at Gold. I still have a long position at 1228.44

Daily chart definitely still favours a buy. At the moment the price is retracing, so I'm expecting end of retracement at the small box before resuming movement towards 1305.

Daily will only be considered short when the candle closes below the blue line

Hi all, to me Gold still looks bearish today. JPY is still pretty weak, USD seems to be gaining strength. Good time to short at current level with smallish SL and Target 1264.60.

I don't know if strong level or not. Market does its own thing, I just call it how I see it. Has anything in the fundamentals changed from yesterday? Has risk changed from yesterday? If not then Gold might continue same path as yesterday? We shall see. I'm definitely no expert- still learning everyday.

I imagine Usd/Jpy has been supported so strongly at 108.760 which means new uptrend has been formed on H4. 114.729 may be the target again

But unless the U.S. Dollar weakens that won't happen.

Gold will move down to 1261, and if it does that it is going down again after that to 1250-4

Don't know why people are so sure here that Gold price will go that way or that way. Previously Gold moved from 1250 to 1295 under temporary conditions created by the tension between US and N. Korea. Better to be away of Gold at that time and wait for Fed statement.
