This is the difference in between the buy and the sell actions under the same condition for both.

There are many small $10 per entry closures (because the rate started to move slightly up), I can't waste my time posting.

I want to directly shoot myself in the head!
Now I have no trades left in this account!
I knew it the exit will be premature!
Bought from 1917 to 1809, below the D1 average price and now what?
Left empty fucking handed!

It is good, in there, the $40 and the $50 per entry are left to chase their targets, BUT... $40 will close anytime soon! Damn it! These goals are too small! I need to introduce $60-$70 and $80, at least!

I love these $100-$150-$200+ price falls. This is where I load my buys at cheaper prices! Hell! I screw myself up, BIG TIME, with small targets!

It is just the buy events on the horizon, do outnumber, significantly, the sell counterpart ones. Even when the rate falls down? Quite surprisingly.

She did penetrate the 10-day price deeper, BUT... this resulted in a more severe bounce up?

Hey moneyman i was thinking of some sort of daily hedging strategy where you buy an equal or slightly biased amount of lots, then as the day goes on and you get more confirmation if we will be closing bearish or bullish you close trades accordingly

So you have yesterdays bull close or bearish close as your bias.
You buy lets say 60% of your split lots and then sell the 40% with the 60% being bull bias
Then if the next daily candle goes in your direction, you have a set pip level to close the 40% at, then close the 60% lots at close or at adr, something like that
Im still a complete noob at hedging but idk if this would even be viable

I thought of this from seeing one of ur posts on the GU thread
Thanks for the great stuff keep it up

Can you please give me a visual example?
Simple jerk here.

All I did in the hedging department was purely based on visuals... I need to see it.

For example, I took an idea of Mr. Headland, for a sell entry on GU, which I also use, as a basic sell trigger, but never thought of hedging it... Here is how it does look like in D1 on GU. This means this is applicable on all TFs! BUT... there is a very hard thing. The lower the tf, the more capital it takes to trade it. Therefore, account blowups are like a "Hello Kitty!" more often... than anything else? It is not the strategy, but the frequency of the entries and in there we did fuck it all up...

$8k here. Locked up. With -$400 of a draw-down. On a D1 hedging.

Hey moneyman i completely forgot to post about that hedging idea ill have to get to it another time

buttttt something interesting i found that happens on gold is where it pokes an old daily high or low then guns it in the other direction, this is obv a grab for liquidity i assume or stop hunts, either or you can make some decent trades with them if you catch them

All i do is mark every daily high and low of the last two weeks and slowly but surely these pop up

Usually only happens once a week, maybe 2

edit: the good thing about these also is you can usually use a super tight stop cuz either you get them right or wrong, i only hold them for maybe 1 or 2 hourly candles
