I am still new to trading emini and after I register with a broker, I receive that notice and am not sure what it means exactly. They don't dare to explain as they don't offer that kind of customer service.

- There are no intraday margins available when account balance is below $500, so any positions must be liquidated immediately
- Must use Stop orders (not Stop Limit) at levels to maintain appropriate margin whenever you have an open position (regardless of available margin)
- You may not trade Options (buying or selling). You may not trade Spreads. You may not trade any markets with fewer than 500 contracts of daily volume while your account is set for intraday margin
- Failure to follow these procedures may yield in liquidation of positions (and a fee of $50 per contract) and access to intraday margins (or trading privileges) withdrawn
To receive intraday buying power, please read very carefully and if you accept the terms, please reply to this e-mail that you accept the policy.
If you do not wish to utilize intraday margins, please reply accordingly and we will provide trading privileges based upon standard margin requirements.
