I've noticed that one of the biggest problems with running an EA non-stop is computer crashes and spotty internet connections.
One way to ensure that you do not miss trades (especially over-night or while you are not at your computer) is to host your platform on a Virtual Private Server.
Once you are logged onto a VPS, it looks just like a windows desktop. All you need to do is load the MT4 platform and your EA's as you would on your normal desktop. To access your VPS, you simply go into the "start-up menu," then to "accessories," then to "remote desktop connection."
VPS companies are a dime a dozen -- a good VPS can cost less than $50 per month and most should be able to offer you the first month free to try out.
I'm curious to see how many guys here are running their EA's on a VPS, so any input is much appreciated.
