Hey exness, would like to take the attention that the spread is getting higher in between 01:00 - 05:00 hrs server time real 2&4 ... And then normal w.it's happening daily ... Earlier it was normal

I can only guess that your IP may be European, although you are allowed to stay at exness.com. If that is so, the Cent account will not be available to you.

By the way, here is how it looks with a non-European IP.

I must say that the time you specified is the time of comparatively thin liquidity, which explains wider spreads.

However, if you believe your trading was affected by the prices around that time, please provide the numbers of the orders, so that we could check whether the execution was correct.

This is how Exness screwed me over.....
none of my stops were activated and blew my account away

I believe it's due to the advanced GDP news which came at the same 12:30 server time when your trades were closed. Looks like SL slippage issue due to this event.

I have some account with this broker.... I AM SHOCKED WITH WHAT HAPPENED RECENTLY with me, i have not decided to write anything yet.... But i believe this is a massive scam and fraud happening.... I don't know who is responsible for this, it's the reason why i have decided to message Exness directly instead of writing anything here.... But if things don't solved out than i will create new thread for it and update everything about the shocking reality i have came cross in last 1 week.... I SERIOUSLY wish it's false because if it turns out to be true than i will hardly be able to trust any broker...

So Exness rep kindly reply and sort out the issue.... I will be waiting for you...

Nope, I am Australian resident, and my IP is 203.219.xxx.xxx definitively Australian IP address.
Is Australia excluded from Cent accounts?

after another enquiry I have learnt an unfortunate fact that a Cent account is not available to Australian residents.

Thus, the available options are Mini, Classic, and ECN.

Why is trading disabled on my demo account No 7828292, where there is an opened trade on audusd since Friday, although the price hit take profit but the trade still opened and when I tried to close the trade manually I got a message that trading is disabled??????
