Unfortunately wire transfer is not available for Iranian clients , you may click on the deposit tab of your personal area to vie the accepted payment systems.
In brief you may use Web Money, Perfect Money and Excard, If you would like us to look into the matter futher your may contact us at [email protected] along with your account number and phone password.

You can use 4xSentinel tool to detect if a broker is using Virtual Dealer Plugin or not.

Hi Exness,

Is there any chance if you guys can consider lifting the maximum deposit/withdrawal limit of Neteller. Current $2000 limit is too low & sometimes it's very frustrating when i have to place deposit/withdraw request multiple times due to this limit. I even did't see any other broker restricting Neteller limit so low.

I was thinking about your company, but after this kind of issue, no more.
Trusted brokers don´t allow such things happen.

I understand your concern. Please rest assured that we have taken steps to prevent such issues from happening again. Needless to say, clients who had their trades executed on the spike are being compensated.

The fact that Exness offers instant deposits is great. Once though something went wrong and my deposit was held by like an hour. it was a while ago and I forgave that, anything can go wrong I know.

Today though I my deposit got held up by 3 hours (by the time I write this) and guess what, I wanted to deposit to make that trade at that time, money was not there, I wrote support immediately and yet they could not handle that issue. I must say I feel much regret in this and it might be my last trade with exness once that money arrives but I just cant keep silence about this, because how hard it can be to process that deposit manually after Ive contacted their support?
In trading minutes matter a lot, hours can change everything and that is just terrible when my money gets frozen nowhere and I cant do anything about that and of course that trade I planned to process goes away and I just sit there and see that, because Exness support says it will be processed as soon as possible, not sure if 3 hours is as soon as possible. Devastating it is and I do not wish anyone to experience something like that.

I regret to have made you think that. It was my understanding that the comment by Forexgain was helpful in way that enabled me not to reply.

Please allow me to make things clear: Exness does not use a VDP or any other software to manipulate trades.

If I may be of any more help, please let me know.
