Thank you guys for your feed back , i hope Exness can survive this and fix it ASAP.
I'm not trading but i keep my eye on EXNess real server 6.. it is online and i think it's ok today.

I am closely following all your posts. Thanks for sharing your connection situation here.

Dear Stubborn, are the issues with Exness-Real2 and Exness-Real4 still ongoing?

As you may have noticed, not all DCs are available, but those that are must smoothly connect you to your server.

When I was checking the connection to Exness-Real4, all I did was wait for several seconds to get connected. My location is Cyprus, ping is under 0.1 second.

Another observation is this: if you try to switch between accounts from different servers and the MT4 hangs, close it please and open it back again. It will then normally connect you to the account that you were trying to switch to before you closed the MT4.

I will continue updating you on the situation.

Hi exness representative : I have 4 mt4 terminals open on my laptop. All are working fine except exness. Now and then it is getting disconnected which is not happening with other 3 servers. How I can say is that the moment there is a beep sound on my system I know that some server has lost connection and on checking I find it to be exness being disconnected. I am on my system for almost 4 hours now and 3 times it happened.

I am monitoring it now.

I have been connected to Exness-Real4 for several minutes so far to see if it will disconnect and re-connect me again in the longer run.

Indeed, there is no reply yet, but it will be provided as soon as possible.

I have asked the Complaints department to give the request more priority.

As far as I understand the Complaints department are dealing with the requests at the moment.

I also was facing this issue with EURUSD chart. It seems resolved now.
