Hi Guys
I've been playing around with a short term breakout strategy whilemessing around with the CCI-TDI strat in the other thread. This is an extremely simple strategy and I'm sure a few of you guys will love it. Yes, I will admit it, I sorta stole this thread idea from Invermac.
Pretty obvious what I'm doing here.... The interesting part is where I set my SL's and TP's
I am a big fan of setting my SL's at a fixed amount of my account. I usually dig a little deeper in to my pocket when my confidence is high and risk up to 3% per trade. So with that said here are the SL's and TP's:
Chart: M5
Trading Hours: London/European trading hours
Long entry:
SL; distance to lower Kumo line
TP; the exact same distance in your trading direction
Short Entry:
SL; distance to upper Kumo line
TP; the exact same distance in your trading direction
As you can see, three winning trades today and the only losing trade was...... Drumroll please, after London closed
Now, I need some help with an additional indicator. Who can help me out?
Thank you
