Maybe what you saw was an account with a high profit but a big loosing trade that is still open, in this case the overall return will not be updated until the trade is closed i think

Can you give me the link which shows top earners? Above list is just a list.. no way to sort on the basis of earnings.

im not good with links, but if you go to (trades) section you can see on your right side all the top earners on live account, you can change the option to weekly/monthly or yearly.

(trades) is next to news,calender,market option on top of the page.

----> Checked about half a dozen top earner's accounts (their TE).. it all looks perfect..

If you want I can post screenshots of a few.. their balance looks nice and good.. certainly not negative..

look at these in the weekly one...Timun cina,WDG,x-men 2015,ghussain.

they are all in minus...their weekly shows over 100% gain but if you look at their trade graph or return by trade, they are in minus overall.

The same with monthly, if you see they have made insane gains but some of them are in negative overall.

femfam 900% gain but in minus overall

I think you need to observe the period you are looking at..

A trader may have made 500% in last few weeks but he may have been losing all the months before that.. it's simple..

Looking at the basing information that is available by checking trend charts i can see that the storing support point is somewhere at 1045. If we closely monitor this chart we can observe that there is strong reversal at this point on 01-11-2009 and 01-02-2010. So as of now i think there will be enough support for yellow meta at this point. And if the down trend continues i expect to see this metal drop to somewhere around 840 which is the support that it had got on 01-01-2009. CT long ago you asked me to learn few things and get back to this thread. With the things i learnt and to the best of my knowledge i have given this feedback. pls suggest me if i am wrong.

I wonder if you have been withdrawing timely? IF I were in your shoes, I would have withdrawn my capital several times by now.. :-)

and since you've been making nice money, how about sparing a few accounts to follow the winners at mql4.com ? For as low as $20 pm ?? That sounds like a nice residual income.. or maybe even a nice pension..

Try not to put all your eggs in one basket..

PS: Since you have never shared any of your accounts through TE, I just assume you are trading for passion / hobby or maybe learning.. Wish you luck anyways..

FXCM ate all the history..

In other words, history is gone from my FXCM account.. past performance was like 15 - 35%

Only last 2 months left..

I'ts about time, I thought I should share it here..

PS: Potential clients can have the investor password..

PPS: TE and MQL treat withdrawals like loss.. actual performance is way better..

First off, I would suggest you to go beyond Gold and Silver. These pairs are not one of the best to trade if you really wanna make nice money.

I used to use VSA in the past. Nowadays, I just rely on my team for signals and inputs.

I had a bad day yesterday, broke M.M. rules and got punished..

Cost of Learning SUCKS!

I was like 10% +ve Green for this month at one point and now down to 12% RED, that's about 25% fall in equity.. While my strategy was not bad, anxiety and nervousness took it's toll.

Well, after all this punishment, I did learn a few things.. very vital.. very imp.. these are helping me learn other pairs..

As long as I continue my research, I think I have no choice but to lose money and learn.. Maybe I should bifurcate my accounts.. i.e. separate the research from cash-cows.

I thought I should share it here.. maybe someone can learn from my mistakes :-)

But what did you do ? Me for example on wednesday i had a short on crude at 46$ and when inventory report got released with -4m.b. i started hesitating should i close it. I knew this report would have only short term effect and that the trend will resume bearish, but even so i ended up closing my short at the very top of what the price reached at 46.90 and then i opened another short but a bit smaller one when i saw price went below 46$ and overall i still lost a bit more than i made
