i am a new trader for exness from india....i cant trade crude oil....can you tell me why this is happening and indian customer service is poor as the customer care unit knows only hindi ...the representative does not even speek english.

Dear Exness , Thankyou for adding NZDCAD and NZDCHf , But NZDCHF cannot trade , Please make it trade , And try consider off of Suffix , If not Coder will have to make it suffix friendly But not easy , Thanks T

Better to make the ea suffix friendly. Use an input string that allows you to manually input symbols needed or something like that.

Some brokers use suffixes and some do not, especially if they have different account types. It is better to be prepared rather than boxed into only selected brokers.

You may find our current list of available instruments in our Contract Specifications table by clicking MARKET button and selecting CFD Group of Instruments.

I also regret to hear that you have faced some issue with our customer support.
As you know we have 13 languages supporters and each of the team will be always ready to help you.
Meanwhile you have always a right to change the supporter or the language of communication.

The exness spread on AUD/USD is unusually large, compared to the competition and even compared to its own spreads for the Euro and Cable. It just doesn't make sense. I very rarely trade the Aussie on exness due to this reason.

Thank you for your observation.
It is true that EXNESS spread on a particular instrument can widen significantly due to its floating nature depending on various factors, such as news issue or type of account.

If talikng about AUDUSD, it is worth mentioning that its average spread on Classic accounts with instant execution and on ECN accounts is tighter than that on Mini accounts.
For instance, the current spread on AUDUSDe on ECN account does not exceed 0.5 - 0.9 pip.

EXNESS releases verified figures showing continued growth in Q1 2015

EXNESS has today continued its call for the retail Forex industry to become more transparent in order to build trust amongst retail traders.

George Tsaparillas, Director of Global Strategy and Business Development of EXNESS, comments: "It's incredible that retail Forex broking has grown into such a massive industry with such minimal transparency. Many traders have deposits with brokers with no real visibility of their broker's trading volumes, performance or financial strength. At times of market stress, such as we saw with the Swiss Franc in January, transparency really matters and we think will be critical for the retail Forex industry to build trust amongst traders moving forward."

Today, EXNESS has released its trading volumes, client withdrawals and agents' commissions for the period 1 January to 31 March 2015. All figures have been verified by Deloitte, one of the world's leading auditing firms.

For the first quarter of this year, EXNESS' trading volumes were US$549 billion, an increase of US$13 billion on Q4 2014 and US$91 billion more than the same period last year. Average monthly trading volumes were US$183 billion, a rise of 20% compared to Q1 2014.

Client withdrawals, which often represent profits taken by traders, were US$50.3 million during the first three months of this year, an increase of 20% on Q4 2014. Commissions paid to clients for introducing new traders to EXNESS totalled US$8.1 million, increasing 19% compared to the final quarter last year.

George Tsaparillas comments: "We have seen a strong start to 2015 and our focus on providing the best conditions to trade has made us a very attractive choice for traders. Our clients have also started the year strongly with significant increases in both client withdrawals and commissions paid."

worst broker ever seen. when you start making money in scalping later too many off quotes and slippage and they have very good excuse that dnt trade on high volatile market what D F

When you are with big lots and scalping 5-10 pips you will never able to close your trades with desired profit.


Many complaint raised but no solutions so i stop feeding them my money, even 21 email exchanges but every time a new customer executive dumb ass sent email with same excuse to send the trading logs and advising not to trade in volatile market hahahahhaha

huge spread ............. cant even place aud usd because 4.5 pips spread where as hot forex is 2.1 and fxcm much lower at the same time .
server - real 4. whats your problem.
i used to trade with exness 2012. recently i made a decision to go back with them because of their tight spread. but they changed a lot in 2 years.

As you know the spread in EXNESS is dynamic and may widen or narrow following the market price movements.

The average spread for AUDUSD varies depending on the trading account type and execution type you choose. All the average and minimum spreads can be found in our Contract specifications table. The real value of the current spread may as well differ from the average spread as was clarified above. If you have a question concerning the execution of a particular order or orders, please tell me your account number and the order number, and I will help you check the execution.

As far as the Exness-Real4 server is concerned, please describe the situation that you encountered and provide information (i.e. log-files, screen shots, etc.) so that we cold help you check it.

thank you for your post.

The trade is disabled for crude oil at the moment. It is now open only for RBOB Gasoline.

The issue is being negotiated with our liquidity provider. The time of re-opening of the trading is unknown so far.

i was also facing the same problem ....

and the real-4 sever sometimes is really taking my brain out of my skull ....

and when you request the live chat technician ... to solve it ... they will say sir it is automatic we cannot switch you to another real server ....

I would like to help you see into the issue to find out whether there were any server-related problems at the time when you were facing the similar problem as was imifx. To do that, I would be grateful if you provided any information to help us check the issue. You can e-mail them to me at [email protected].

As for your request to change the server, you were correctly informed that it is technically impossible. Once the account is opened, its number and the server it belongs to cannot be changed.
